These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made in our e-commerce. Jonacaso SL sells its products to customers within the European Union.
We only accept payments through the Redsys payment gateway, allowing the use of credit and debit cards. No other payment methods are accepted.
We ship both within Spain and the rest of Europe. The estimated delivery times are:
Shipments to mainland Spain and Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
International shipments within Europe: 1 to 2 weeks.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.
Our return and refund policy is for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of the item and approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within days.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the purchaser of the gift sent it to themselves for delivery at a later date, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All of our clothing and decor products carry the standard European warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, the customer may request a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with current legislation.
